Level 1: Reboot
Power cycling and reboots of your equipment.

Level 2: Console + Guided Tasks
A console connection plus the specific hands-on tasks you direct.

- Connect a console so your team can work on a device

- Read status lights and labels back to you
Level 3: Fix This
Tell us what's wrong, and we troubleshoot and resolve it.
