Physical security starts with access. Only authorized people get into the facility, private cages and suites add a locked door of your own, and the building is continuously monitored.
Behind that sits the rest of what keeps your equipment safe: 1.54 MW of power fed by three utility substations, air cooling with chillers and commercial HVAC systems, and multiple carriers in the building.

Separation When You Need It
If your auditors want your equipment physically separated from other customers, a private cage or suite gives you locked space of your own. For a second, separate location, use our Metro Columbus site for disaster recovery.

Who controls access to my equipment?

Yes. The facility is continuously monitored, and support runs 24/7 through on-call engineers.
